Terms of Use

Last updated: October 10, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the owner of the Luna Shoots service. By creating an account, you accept them. If you disagree with anything here, do not use the service.

1. Who provides the service

Sole proprietor (FOP) Kozer Vitalii Vitaliiovych, taxpayer number 3530905692, Ukraine. Contact: [email protected].

2. What Luna Shoots is

An app in which a photographer keeps one record per shoot — client, references, crew, location, status — and shares it by link with people who have no account and do not install the app.

3. Subscription

The Luna Shoots iPhone app works on a paid monthly subscription. The price is US$4.99 a month, or the equivalent in your currency as set by Apple. The exact price is always shown in the app and on Apple's payment sheet before you confirm.

Without a subscription — when the trial or the subscription has ended, or you have not started one — the app is in view mode:

4. Account

5. Other people's data — your responsibility

When you enter the contacts of crew members and clients, you are processing other people's personal data. You, not we, are the controller of that data.

You confirm that you:

6. Access links

7. What is not allowed

8. Content you upload

All rights to the images, videos and texts you upload remain yours. You give us only the technical right to store and display this content, solely to run the service: to show it to you and to the people you sent a link to. We do not use it for any other purpose and do not pass it on to third parties.

9. Suspending access

We may restrict or end access to an account if it is used in breach of these terms or threatens other users or the operation of the service. We will tell you by email, unless the law does not allow it.

10. Liability

We make every effort to keep the service running and your data safe, but we do not guarantee it — do not keep the only copy of anything critical to you in Luna Shoots. To the extent permitted by the law of Ukraine, we are not liable for lost profits, loss of data or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

These limitations do not apply to intentional acts and do not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

11. Termination

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation, and if that is not possible, by the courts of Ukraine. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, and the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continuing to use the service after the changes take effect means you accept them.
